Terms of Service for Accountian Way

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on accountianway.com for professional support solutions, digital guides, templates, tutorials, and physical materials.

2. Services

“Services” refer to customized support and related guidance. Clients may cancel service orders within 14 days of purchase provided no work has begun. After commencement of any preparatory tasks, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. However, each scheduled service may be rescheduled once at no additional fee.

3. Information Products

“Information Products” refer to digital materials delivered electronically. Purchases may be refunded within 7 days if no access or download has occurred. Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, no refund applies.

4. Goods

“Goods” refer to physical materials or items. Defective goods may be sent back for inspection within 30 days of delivery. Upon confirmation of defect, a full refund or replacement will be issued. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless a defect is confirmed.

5. Refund and Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, please complete the form at Contact Form. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Alternatively, clients may choose to apply credit toward other offerings instead of a refund, if requested at the time of cancellation.

6. Changes to Terms

Accountian Way reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of any offering after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
